I write about science, health, food, and the companies and people working to introduce technology into those areas of our daily lives. My work includes content – from blog posts to case studies to e-books – for clients in the Tech sector. I’ve also authored several books about the application of technology and STEM for adults and children – including one about the design of ocean and spacecraft.

Most recently, I’ve written about SciTech for Bitter SciTech, Food Tech for The Food Rush, and BioTech and Health-Tech for BioBuzz, SynBioBeta, and BioSpace.

We live in a time of rapid innovation and technological growth. It’s exciting to write about these complex concepts in an accessible yet accurate narrative. I have the best job for a curious person with a love of words!

I have an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a BA in English Lit from the State University of New York. I’ve studied science writing at Johns Hopkins University, as well as at seminars around the country. I've taught narrative writing at The Writer’s Center in Bethesda, MD. I’m a member of the National Association of Science Writers and the American Society of Journalists and Authors. My KidWrite! program is dedicated to kid-friendly Language Arts.
