Hey! Anyone out there using Map My Walk to motivate themselves? I know it’s been working for me. There’s something very satisfying about seeing the path that I’ve taken and knowing I’ve done something proactive! There’s an option for Tweeting about your route. I don’t know that we all want to publish our exact routes, but how about tweeting our distance covered? We could use the hashtag #Type2MMW in the tweet. Then we could encourage one another. Sounds like a plan to me!
