8 Weeks to Maximizing Diabetes Control

A great book once you’ve gotten it into your head that you really do have type 2 diabetes and you really do need to actively make better choices to maintain your health. For me, reading this book sooner would have given me the impression that it was a snap and any idiot could make the necessary changes in two months. It took me longer than that to become comfortable with all the things I needed to juggle. However, there may be readers who are already familiar with diabetes from family members or from their work, and this may be just the right book for them from the start. Either way, the information is right on target. For me it served as an excellent resource when I was fine-tuning the changes I’d put into effect. Authors: Laura Hieronymus and Christine Tobin.
